Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day trial of the Professional plan. No credit card required, and your data is wiped clean if you don't continue.
Can one company manage multiple sites?
Yes. Sites are isolated by default and roll up to a parent dashboard, so you can compare trends across locations while keeping data separated.
Can I run multiple companies in one instance?
Enterprise customers can. Each company gets its own data boundary, users, roles and settings — nothing leaks between them.
Do you support SSO and custom roles?
Yes, on the Enterprise plan. We support SAML and OIDC SSO, plus granular role-based permissions for every module.
Will you help us migrate from spreadsheets?
We'll import your existing incident, risk and document registers for you, and map your roles and processes before go-live.
Can we cancel anytime?
